Jamie's POV:
"Jamie loves animals." Liam said, his voice getting closer. I took his hint and silently bolted. I ran down the stairs and jumped onto the couch, landing on my back across Zayn, Louis, and Niall's lap.
"Oi!" Niall shouted at me. Louis and Zayn just laughed. I smiled up at him since my head was in his lap.
"Someone looks like she just got some good news." Zayn said with a grin. I chuckled. Just then, Harry and Liam came downstairs.
"Well no one's dead so I'll take that as a good sign." Louis mused. Liam smiled and Harry looked relieved. Liam winked at me and I smiled back. I love my brother. I really do.
"Uh, Jamie, can I talk to you for a minute?" Harry asked. The lads cheered and wolf whistled while Liam smile and Harry blushed.
"Sure." I said, sitting up onto Louis's lap. I started to get up when Louis wrapped his arms around my waist and held me tight to his chest.
"He's mine! You can't have him!" Louis protested.
"Then why are you holding on to her?" Zayn questioned.
"If I hold on to her, she can't have him!" he explained, hugging me tighter. That's when I felt another pair of arms slip around my waist and pull me into their lap. Now Niall was crushing me.
"Mine!" Niall cried. Then I was lifted into the air and held bridal style in Liam's arms as he held me against his chest. He walked over to Harry, who held his arms out automatically. Liam placed me in Harry's arms and when Harry had me, Liam let go.
"His." Liam whispered in my ear. I blushed slightly and buried my face in the crook of Harry's neck. I felt Harry walk away into another room. When I pulled back to look around, we were in the back yard. Well on the deck but still. Harry put me down next to the railing that looked out over my backyard. Grass for about 50 feet, and then it was all trees. My secret sanctuary. Harry looked out into the forest; I could tell he was thinking about how he was going to word this.
"Jamie," he said, looking down to meet my eyes. "I was wondering if you wanted to go out on a date with me tomorrow." I smiled and took his hand in mine.
"I would love to, Harry." he smiled, leaned down, and gently pressed his lips against mine. Fireworks. Bombs. All hell breaking loose. I don't know any other way to describe the feeling he gives me. I cradled his face in my hands as his rested on my waist. His hands tightened on my hips and pulled me closer to him, deepening the kiss. I locked my fingers in his curly hair and pulled him closer. There was a cough and I pulled back from Harry slowly as he jumped. I looked over to see Liam in the doorway, his arms crossed and a look on his face that would have been stern, but the small grin on his face made it less frightening.
"Don't make me regret allowing this." he warned. I rolled my eyes as Harry released me. I leaned on the rail, facing my brother and crossing my arms over my chest.
"Allowing this?" I questioned. He nodded.
"If you two are just going to be snogging all day I'm going to take back my blessing and be the biggest stickler ever." he threatened. Harry threw me a panicked look, but I saw through Liam's ploy. Liam wouldn't take Harry away from me if he made me happy. And he knew that.
"Try and take him from me and I am going to be the biggest bitch ever." I retaliated. Out of the corner of my eye, I saw Harry smile. As did Liam.
"He's yours already?" Liam questioned, raising an eyebrow. I smiled.
"Always has been. Claimed dibs on him years ago." at this Liam burst out laughing. I smiled and shrugged, not ashamed.
"Fine." Liam told me " But I don't want to keep walking in on my little sister and my best mate snogging, do you understand?" a small evil grin grew on my face. I turned to Harry and quickly kissed him, pulling back after a few seconds. I looked at Liam and smiled. Liam rolled his eyes and went back inside.
"Be ready by 1. I'll come and get you at 1:15. Okay?" Harry asked me. I nodded and he pecked me on the lips quickly before going to his flat in London to get ready. Today is going to be a very interesting day.
